I am glad you are here. I am very confident that our purpose here on earth is to help and be of service to others. For me, the journey was the life that led me to one defining time where everything changed, and from then I was on a path I had never walked before. The path of self-healing and being on service.

Diving deep into the physical and emotional cosmos of our existence and connecting with the Waters of our bodies, you’ll discover a whole new layer of life that you never realised existed, a new way of healthy living where anything is possible.

my mission

By the age of 29 many conditions and diseases had manifested on my physical body:

• Skin cancer
• Breast Cysts
• Tinnitus
• Asthma
• Eczema
• Gut Issues
•Constipation
• Bacteria / Parasites
• Panic Attacks / Anxiety
• DNA cholesterolemia mutation

I was guided by Water.
I started cleansing.

When Western Medicine failed to heal my tinnitus and I reached the lowest and darkest point of my life, I turned into nature to find answers.

Cleansing on a cellular level and connecting with my emotional cosmos revealed a clearer conversation about how WATER can heal from the root, and how it changes mood, energy, and mental stability, rebalancing the whole system.

It’s been 10 years since my journey began and my body is thriving Free from conditions and diseases.

Water fasting saved my life and I own to Water for the woman I am today. My mission is to continuously keep spreading awareness about the healing properties of water and this ancient spiritual practise, bringing Vitality, Energy & Strength into people’s lives.

WATER IS MEDICINE. CLEANSING IS HEALING.

Conditions & Diseases are just labels. Behind every condition or a disease there are just imbalances.

Healing from within is real, healing from the root is possible. It is the natural way of our body’s healing system to find balance as long as we give to it the right environment to do what it is designed to do.

Fasting is a great opportunity to cleanse physical impurities and shed layers of emotional suppression, remembering that our bodies have a spiritual connection to a higher power.

I lead Water Fasting Journeys, coach beautiful souls about Holistic Health and work with Detox Protocols.

In my work the container is the most important element of the self-healing journey and I put a lot of love into this. Creating safe containers is the core of my work. It is where we can safely go through the process of detoxification, explore and reconnect with our deepest layers of ourselves, processing of subconscious emotions, desires, shadow, letting go of ego and fully liberating body, mind and spirit.

I WANT TO SEE HUMANITY THRIVING

There is no escape from a toxic world, unless we return close to nature. Nature holds all the answers and when we align ourselves with it, we heal and recover. Our bodies are a vessel of life which we occupy with our consciousness. Polluting our earth, has an immediate reflection on how we pollute our bodies. Taking the power back into our hands is showing responsibility to ourselves and future generations.

As we heal - we heal others.
As we heal - we heal the earth.
