MY STORY· VIOLETTA

We all have a story.
A lived path.

This journey, dedicated to the healing properties of water… which helped me when my body was depleted and my mind at war; for the woman who travelled into the wilderness of herself, learning how to restore the human sacredness of the body.

My body kept handing me a curriculum and I became an expert in each subject it assigned.

Woman lying on ground with arms raised, smiling, wearing black sports bra, with tattoos on arms, surrounded by natural outdoor setting.

Hi, I'm Violetta

I was born and raised in Athens, trained for years as a professional athlete on the Greek national rhythmic gymnastics team, then left at twenty-three for a master's and a fast, demanding life in London. From the outside it looked like I had it together. Inside, my body had been trying to get my attention for a very long time.

It was skin cancer, and then tinnitus, that finally brought me to my knees and onto the path of cleansing. That was the turning point. But the truth is my body had been speaking to me since childhood, and every illness along the way became a teacher.

What that long road taught me is that healing can’t happen in pieces. When the physical, emotional and energetic parts of us aren’t tended together, we miss the real transformation. They say many roads lead to Rome. It just happened that mine was through Water; the path that finally brought it all together.

This is a space to come home to your body. It would be my honour to walk you there.

THE CURRICULUM

Each illness was a subject
my body assigned.

01

Asthma & a childhood of being “always sick”

taught me that emotions live in the body.

02

Losing my period

sent me deep into the study of hormones and the female body.

03

Gut issues

taught me to build my own protocol.

04

Chronic pain & a collapsing nervous system

led me to psychosomatics.

05

Fasting, water, stillness, the moon

became the thread that wove all of it together, a practice I learned not in a classroom but on the road, and practiced in the Mayan lands of Mexico and on the shores of Lake Atitlán.

I didn't heal in a straight line, and I'm not going to pretend I did.

I healed the way most real things happen

A wavy dashed line connecting four circles, with the end circles filled and the middle circles outlined.

Slowly

Through practice

Through study

Through finally stopping the lie that I was fine

This is the path, as it actually happened and what each phase taught me on the physical, emotional and subconscious level, with the practices that carried me through it.

This isn't a list of what I survived. It's a mirror of what so many of us silently carry in our bodies. This is about what we all feel.

CHAPTER ONE · THE YEARS OF DISCIPLINE

8–18 · The Athlete

I lived inside discipline and performance early. Emotional pressure and silence. A betrayal by my trainer that left a deep, unspoken scar. Asthma arrived, what I now understand as suppressed emotion with nowhere to go, and I was hospitalised for almost a year, always sick, always on antibiotics. My period came late, at seventeen, and brought pain that stayed with me for many years. At eighteen I nearly lost my left eye to a staph infection and spent another year in and out of hospitals, my body and nervous system worn thin.

WHAT I LEARNED

PHYSICALLY

Asthma, almost a year hospitalised, constant antibiotics, a staph infection that nearly took my left eye, and a late, painful first period.

EMOTIONALLY

Pressure and silence, with no permission to feel.

SUBCONSIOUSLY

The imprint that being unwell was the only way the unspoken could surface.

WHAT I PRACTICE

Nothing yet. I was performing, not healing.

A woman with dark hair, a headband, earrings, and a nose piercing is leaning against a textured white wall, with her eyes closed and a slight smile on her face.

CHAPTER TWO · THE YEARS OF HIDING

18–29 · The Mask

At twenty, the suppressed weight of my first two decades surfaced as skin cancer. In my mid-twenties I tried to outrun it all, alcohol, drugs, hiding how sick I really was behind a functioning exterior. Extreme PMS every month. Eczema that flared with chronic anxiety. Asthma worsening. By my late twenties came panic attacks and hospital visits, doctors repeating “nothing is wrong” while my nervous system quietly collapsed.

WHAT I LEARNED

PHYSICALLY

Skin cancer at twenty, eczema, extreme monthly PMS, worsening asthma, panic attacks, and a nervous system beginning to collapse.

EMOTIONALLY

Shame and numbing, hiding how unwell I really was.

SUBCONSIOUSLY

An identity built on functioning and achievement; “nothing is wrong” taken inside.

WHAT I PRACTICE

Still only coping, nothing that reached the root.

A woman with long wavy hair standing barefoot on a rock in a river, facing away, wearing a white flowing skirt and no top, surrounded by lush green trees.

CHAPTER THREE · THE WAKE-UP

29–35 · The Turning

Burnout in London. And then tinnitus brought me to my knees. There were months I wasn't sure I wanted to stay. Precancerous breast cells. Nights I couldn't sleep without Xanax just to get through. And then a wake-up call: I stopped handing my body over to people who had no answers, and took the power back into my own hands.

That was the moment I entered the detox path. My first cleanse, twelve years ago, is where my work truly began. I studied intensively. My physical symptoms began to clear. Fasting cracked open emotional and subconscious layers I didn't know were there, and I earned my first certification.

WHAT I LEARNED

PHYSICALLY

Tinnitus I could only manage with Xanax, precancerous breast cells, and insomnia, until, working with the terrain rather than the labels, my symptoms began to clear.

EMOTIONALLY

My first honest grief, I let myself feel what I'd outrun.

SUBCONSIOUSLY

Fasting surfaced layers of memories my mind had buried for decades.

WHAT I PRACTICE

Water fasting · bioresonance health scans (discovered while searching for answers to my tinnitus) · TM Meditation, a daily anchor of over a decade · detox support · mineral and nutrient repletion · deep rest.

AN INTERLUDE · THE LANDS THAT TAUGHT ME

☾ The Pilgrimage

When the life I had built in London finally fell away, I went looking and the search turned into a pilgrimage. I spent months crossing South America, through Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Patagonia, Argentina and Uruguay, where for a time I lived in a community with no running water and no electricity. With nothing left to distract me, I learned to pause, to listen, and to connect with the land, the rivers, and with water itself.

People have forgotten the healing power of water; bring your lineage's wisdom up, so they can remember.

A voice, in the steam of a temazcal · Mexico

The path carried me on to the Mayan lands of Mexico. Living on a Caribbean beach beside ancient ruins, I began to fast with every moon, twice a month, three days at a time. And at the end of the third month, the first form of this program came through me, in its baby form. I went home and began to draft it. That is how it was born, what would become Restore the Human Body, and how I started leading fasting journeys.

Ω

ANCIENT
GREECE

ROOTED IN LINEAGE

And I knew which lineage the voice meant. I am Greek, born of a land where fasting was once a sacred gateway. Long before me, the philosophers and initiates of ancient Greece fasted, some for as long as forty days, to purify the body, quiet the mind, and open what we would now call the subconscious before entering the mystery schools.

This was not wisdom I had to invent, it was already in my blood, waiting to be remembered.

From there I moved to Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, where I spent almost 3 years deepening the work; moving with the cycles of the moon, with prayer and ceremony and where my first retreat took form.

A young woman in a green top and black skirt sitting on a wooden dock by a calm lake, with her eyes closed and one hand raised overhead, enjoying the peaceful scenery.

But the deepest cleansing was never only physical. What fasting moved in me, the buried emotions, the old beliefs, the subconscious patterns held for a lifetime, was more powerful than any plant medicine I had ever known. That became the heart of everything I now teach.

WHAT I LEARNED

PHYSICALLY

As I fasted with each moon, the high cholesterol, asthma, varicose veins and chronic bloating I'd carried for years began to ease.

EMOTIONALLY

Stillness and solitude taught me to listen instead of perform.

SUBCONSIOUSLY

Ceremony, and above all, fasting, reached beneath the thinking mind in ways study or plant medicine never could.

WHAT I PRACTICE

Water fasting with every moon twice a month, three days at a time · temazcal · plant medicine · shamanic healing sessions · prayer · living by the moon's cycles.

THE BRIDGE

There came a moment when I stopped pretending I was fine, when I let the part of me that had learned to survive, not to feel, finally crack open. It wasn't weakness. It was the first honest moment of my life.

Because healing doesn't start when symptoms end. It starts when we stop lying to ourselves. And in the years that followed, I let every breakdown rebuild me with more truth than before.

CHAPTER FOUR · THE DESCENT THAT HEALED

35–40 · The Deepening

This was the chapter that asked the most of me. An abortion with severe complications, and then the loss of my period for eighteen months at 38! Survival and safety held in my lower back as chronic pain. Colitis, which, over about six months, resolved as I worked with the method I'd been building. So I went deeper still: intensive study of hormones and psychology, and deep physical and energetic work prayer, the Moon Dance, through which, in time, my period returned.

WHAT I LEARNED

PHYSICALLY

An abortion with severe complications, the loss of my period for eighteen months, chronic lower-back pain, and colitis, an autoimmune with no cure but manage to resolve in six months.

EMOTIONALLY

Survival and safety trauma rose to the surface so it could finally move.

SUBCONSIOUSLY

I met the patterns held in the body, in my case, in my lower back , and let them release.

WHAT I PRACTICE

My own gut & colitis protocol · the study of hormones and the female body · psychosomatics and somatics · nervous-system regulation · breathwork · prayer and the Moon Dance.

CHAPTER FIVE · COMING HOME TO THE BODY

40s · The Embodiment

Deep belief reprogramming. Emotional release. The release, at last, of the chronic back pain I'd carried for couple of years after the traumatic abortion. The water path deepened until the emotional, spiritual and somatic layers finally moved as one. I gave myself to psychosomatics and to mastery of the female body, and arrived at the method I now teach as The Vie Path: a full spiral from Body → Subconscious → Pure Identity, with Restore the Human Body as its signature program at the core.

And… now at 41, the journey continues with early perimenopause, triggered by the trauma of my abortion. I told you; life keeps handing me a curriculum. I feel blessed to have all the tools I have gathered over the years to support myself through this chapter. And if I’m honest with you, I’m currently following a hormonal protocol to make this transition as sweet and gentle as possible for my female body, the peace of my mind, and the softness of my emotions.

Another chapter. Another initiation. Another invitation to listen even more deeply to this body I call home.

WHAT I LEARNED

PHYSICALLY

The chronic back pain I'd carried for so long finally released.

EMOTIONALLY

What was once survival became steadiness.

SUBCONSIOUSLY

Old beliefs were reprogrammed at the root, not managed at the surface.

WHAT I PRACTICE

Psychosomatics · subconscious reprogramming through hypnosis · somatic & energetic integration · female-body work, woven together into The Vie Path.

Today I work as a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Detox Specialist and Psychosomatics Practitioner but the deeper truth is that my body sent me to learn each of these things one illness at a time. This work goes deep. I don't offer quick fixes or one protocol for everyone, and I don't chase symptoms while the real cause keeps running underneath.

We work at the root, through the body, the emotions, the subconscious and the spirit, drawing on whatever your healing asks for.

THE INVITATION

If you're hoping for a shortcut, I'm honestly not the right guide.

But if you're ready to stop bracing against your body and start trusting what it knows, to remember that you were never meant to simply get by, but to feel fully and vividly alive, then I'd love to meet you.
