In this series, we will also move every day through the five chakras from bottom to heart, to witness the metamorphosis, the chrysalis of the divine feminine into her boundless expression of all her, YOU.

There will be an abundance of practices that will bring YOU into your temple, to balance the energetic elements within you. Whether it’s the use of self-care practices or movement, cleansing, touch, colour, scent, sensuality, you’ll discover the many ways you can get back to your wild feminine, to YOU, in your mind, body and spirit.

PRACTICES WILL INCLUDE:

No previous experience is needed - the retreat is designed for every woman who wants to awaken the divine essence within her.

OUR HOME
We dreamed of a magical place which will be our home for this journey, where we can develop a stronger heart connection to our woman within us, to nature, and to others and we couldn’t find anything more aligned that Serra Vida in Portugal.

Serra Vida are more than a retreat center or Eco accommodation.

They are an immersive experience and community hub that invites you into presence. They strive to create an otherworldly experience where Alice in Wonderland meets Buddha. All held by solid values and a clean framework to live together and relate.

The yoga hall is one of their most beautiful spots on the land, throning on top of the valley with breathtaking views but beyond the facts, the energy and view are truly magic, and the smell of wood, eucalyptus, and pine trees that surround the space will stay with you long after your practice, you will feel very well held and nurtured.

There will be delicious vegetarian food prepared by a wonderful team of chefs. The ingredients are all either grown in the gardens or carefully sourced locally. Having delicious and nutritious organic and fresh whole foods that are prepared with love for both the mind and the body is so important for feeling held as we dive in deep. All dietary requirements can be catered for!
