    There isn't such a thing as cancer, viruses or parasites that are attacking the body. We create the right acidic environment in our bodies for them to flourish.

    Fasting involves a radical change in cellular physiology and metabolism and great many amazing things happen in the body during fasting. A few important processes that the body will go through in this journey are:

    • ketosis & fat burning

    • a process called autophagy

    • growth hormone rise

    • insulin level normalisation

    • immune cell regeneration

  • In this chapter we are going to examine our human nature as a multi-layered being with an energetic body (mental, emotional, and spiritual) alongside our physical bodies. Thus, we will hold this truth as the framework for this course; that we are energetic beings.

    Through my studies and my personal journey I have found that the root of all physical or mental imbalances are emotional suppressions resulting to conditioning or limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs or conditioning are usually created in childhood or even earlier (the womb, cultural, ancestral, etc) and are the subconscious drivers of all our actions and behaviours. In all spiritual and healing traditions, they teach that before anything manifests in physical form it must first exist somewhere in the person’s energetic bodies. This is why ancient traditions focus on healing these mis-believes and suppressed emotions with practices like meditation, fasting and other which are at the center of their teachings — to bring these emotions up on the surface and release them.

  • Biohacking is a term used to describe various tips and tricks for enhancing the body’s ability to function at peak performance.

    The way I have employed it into this program is to repair any imbalances and move towards rejuvenation and balance.

    To simplify, I filtered it down to 7 actionable biohacks that we will start doing immediately: Nutrition, Supplements, Detox, Movement, Awareness, Music, Flow, and Gratitude.

    This is STAGE 1 of our journey together before we incorporate water fasting to boost the healing process and dive deep into our inner waters to gain emotional release and spiritual clarity.

    Before I take a different direction in my life I had assumed that the definition of healing was one thing. Many of us grew up thinking that to be healthy just means “not being sick”.     When we make the choice to take the power back into our hands, we take responsibility of our own well-being and lives.   • In this Water Fasting Journey when we are ready to take food back into our bodies, we do it with great awareness.

    The way we break the fast is extremely important and it’s been taking very seriously. Every body is different and therefore the moment we introduce solid food back into our system we can have different reactions. This journey has been curated in a way for every one to have the safest and best transition back into food, minimising any discomforts, such as cravings, acid reflex, bloating, gastritis, vomiting or diarrhoea but also to help the liver which has worked extremely hard.

  • Your body has cleansed, and you noticed how all these physical toxins are dysfunctions to your life. Notice the patterns that you are now sensitive to and what kind of food thoughts and messages your are receiving.
